Web Designer

To build incredible user experiences, we are searching for a professional web designer.  An eye for neat and creative web design is a must for the perfect applicant. Additionally, they must to be exceptionally skilled in designing user interfaces. 


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Complete every step of the visual design process, from conception to the last handoff to engineers. 
  2. Create unique website design concepts that simplify and make complicated obstacles more approachable. 
  3. To convey interaction and design concepts, develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. 
  4. Showcase and justify designs and important deliverables to stakeholders at the executive level as well as peers. 
  5. Create and disseminate standards, best practices, and design guidelines. 


Required Skills

  1. Minimum 2 years work experience required
  2. Proven graphic design abilities with a solid portfolio. 
  3. Strong background in site mapping, user flows, process flows, storyboards, and wireframes. 
  4. Proficiency in wire-framing and visual design software like as Photoshop or Illustrator.
  5. Rapid prototyping requires proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  6. Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum development process. 
  7. Outstanding graphic design abilities with an awareness of user-system interaction
    the capacity to successfully and creatively solve issues. 
  8. Current with the newest methods, trends, and technology on the Web.  

Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we’d like to meet you.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create flowcharts and algorithms in collaboration with developers. 
  2. Write clear, effective code in accordance with standards.
  3. Integrate third-party apps and software components. 
  4. Verify and implement systems and programs.
  5. Diagnose, fix, and update current software.
  6. Collect and assess user input. 
  7. Make suggestions and implement changes. 
  8. For reporting and reference, produce technical documentation.  

Required Skills

  1.  Verified 3 years of experience as a software engineer, developer, or other comparable position. 
  2. Knowledge of Agile development techniques. 
  3. Knowledge of designing and developing software in a test-driven setting. 
  4. Familiarity with frameworks and systems (such as AngularJS and Git) and coding languages (such as C++, Java, and JavaScript). 
  5. Familiarity with databases and frameworks for object-relational mapping (ORM), such as Hibernate. 
  6. The capacity to pick up new technologies and languages. 
  7. Strong communication abilities. 
  8. Inventiveness and talent for troubleshooting. 
  9. Be mindful of the details. 
  10. BSc/BA in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
